Originally from Pakistan, Khalid Akbar spent 34 years in the United Kingdom before settling in Florida, bringing with him a global perspective and a genuine passion for helping others. With a master’s degree in Computer Science and several years of entrepreneurial experience in e-commerce, Khalid combines analytical thinking with strong communication and negotiation skills, qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate.

Before joining Levin Rinke Realty, Khalid built and managed multiple online businesses, developing valuable expertise in organization, marketing, and problem-solving, all essential in today’s fast-paced real estate market. He is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Florida Association of Realtors, and the Pensacola Association of Realtors.
Outside of real estate, Khalid enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and keeping up with British football. A self-described fun-loving and social person, he loves connecting with people from all walks of life. Fun fact, during his years as a business owner in London, Khalid once crossed paths with Prince William, David Beckham, and other well-known figures.
